Poor Mobility

Mature Exercise Improve Mobility with Chiropractic.jpg

Your body was made to move. Unfortunately some people lose mobility as they get older and it can affect every part of life. What most people don’t realise however is that you can maintain and even improve your mobility as you age.

A healthy spine and healthy body should be able to move freely. Ease of motion allows you to keep doing the things you love like hobbies, sports or keeping up with the kids. When mobility starts to reduce it can be due to posture, muscular tension, past injuries or bad habits. These factors add up and over time movement becomes more difficult until unfortunately the things that you love are no longer worth the effort.

At Family Chiropractic Bundaberg our goal is optimal spinal function and a large part of spinal function is mobility. Our approach is to regularly check and measure spinal mobility throughout the course of your care. We also assess the aspects of your life such as posture, habits, work stresses to identify the original causes of the dysfunction that is hindering your mobility. Your chiropractor will check and recheck your movement routinely while we work to correct the underlying dysfunction  so we are sure that you are progressing in the right direction.
